There was another surge in SEO and Webmaster chatter around a possible Google update. Webmaster World threads and the up tick are in communication around about Google updates. The update rumors have been reported, which Google has not confirmed or denied. Penguin refresh or Penguin update is being expected to be jarring and jolting. There has been no major refresh over three months, since the Penguin 1.1 updates.
